These collaborative robots are designed to work safely in proximity to operators without compromising worker safety. The product lineup consists of 8 robot models across series, including CR, MG400, and M1 Pro, with payload capacities ranging from 0.5 to 20kg. They are currently deployed across more than 15 diverse industries, including home appliances, automotive, metal processing, semiconductors, healthcare, chemicals, and retail.

Soft Grippers(RoChu)

The clamping motion of these soft grippers, inspired by octopus tentacles, is designed to gently wrap around and grip products without causing damage or leaving surface scratches. Their flexible gripping capability makes them applicable across industries, including automotive parts, 3C electronics, food, medical, apparel, and consumer goods. They are also used in various industrial applications such as assembly, sorting, and handling, as well as in retail applications like vending machines. These grippers are safe, highly versatile, and simple to install, with extensive application areas including those where mechanical grippers and vacuum pads cannot be used./p>

Operating Principle

The gripper uses pneumatic drive technology with positive/negative pneumatic conversion to achieve open/close motions of fingers/soft beaks for gripping or releasing products. Air pressure can be adjusted simultaneously to control the gripper’s gripping force or opening angle, enabling gentle handling of various objects while preventing product damage.

Made from food-grade materials that are safe and non-toxic, meeting FDA food-grade testing standards for direct food contact. Particularly suitable for handling fruits and vegetables, and applicable for sorting and packaging irregularly vacuum-packed foods, dairy products, bread, cakes, and more.

Applicable for high-precision insertion and separation of precision electronics, and for assembly, sorting, testing, and packaging processes of mobile phone components, circuit boards, silicon, LCD panels, and other products.
Textile Fabrics
Can grip single top layers or multiple layers simultaneously of knit and woven fabrics, enabling handling of cut fabrics.
Automotive Parts
- Applicable for sorting, handling, loading/unloading operations of automotive lamps, metal-shaped parts, and exterior panel parts.
- Suitable for small-batch production and lot production requirements
Consumer Products
Applicable for handling products requiring exterior packaging protection, such as cosmetics, products with surfaces prone to scratches, and large-volume cleansing products with thin plastic surface packaging.
